Convert a fiber connection to gigabit ethernet
Convert fiber to RJ45 copper gigabit ethernet or gigabit ethernet to fiber with the AC4450 Gigabit SFP Media Converter. This metal media converter complies with the IEEE 802.3z/ab 10/100/1000Base-T and IEEE 802.3z 1000Base-SX/LX standards. One uncoded SFP module (not included) can be inserted into the AC4450. The converter has four built-in dip switches for controlling functions e.g. Link Fault Passthrough, Forward 9K data packets, Flow control and speed: 100Mbps/1000Mbps. Besides, the status LEDs inform you whether the converter is powered, the fiber/ethernet connection is active and the ethernet speed.
